Cove Hub is a personal AI assistant system built and operated by Jenny Giesbrecht for private household use. This policy describes how data is handled within the Cove Hub system, including its SMS messaging functionality.
Cove Hub collects and processes the following data solely for the purpose of providing personalized AI assistant services to authorized household members:
— SMS message content exchanged between authorized users and the Cove assistant
— Health and wellness information voluntarily shared by users
— Calendar, scheduling, and task-related information
— Conversation history for continuity across sessions
All collected data is used exclusively to provide conversational AI assistant services to the account holder and authorized household members. Data is never used for marketing, advertising, or any commercial purpose. Data is never sold, shared with, or disclosed to third parties.
Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (Workers, D1 databases, KV storage, and R2 buckets) with encryption in transit. Access is restricted to the account holder.
SMS messages are sent only in response to user-initiated conversations from pre-authorized phone numbers. No unsolicited or marketing messages are sent. Message frequency depends on user-initiated contact, typically 1–10 messages per day. Users can stop receiving messages at any time by texting STOP.
Cove Hub uses the following third-party services to operate: Twilio (SMS delivery), Anthropic (AI language model), OpenAI (AI language model and embeddings), and Google APIs (calendar and email integration). These services process data only as necessary to provide their respective functions.
Conversation data and memories are retained indefinitely to support long-term continuity. SMS message logs are retained with a rolling cap. The account holder can delete any data at any time through the Cove Hub interface or by direct database access.
